Right from designing the vision board, creating a rendition of the decor scenes, finding suppliers to negotiating, and finally executing it in a seamless manner; we take up all of it so that you can have a stress-free, relaxing, and enjoyable time with your loved ones at the event/wedding.

This service for clients who may have already planned some aspects of their event/wedding but who feel they need to bring in professional hands to secure that home run. You, your style, and your tastes are at the very heart of this service. You can contact us at any point throughout the planning of your event/wedding and after an initial consultation, we can see what has been done so far to pick up the remaining aspects for you from there.

With our team of amazing suppliers that are committed to setting the scene for one unforgettable story, we’ll take care of the logistics, schedules, and everything in between. Whether that’s a world-class live band, guest check-ins, personalised cocktails, or an abundant feast laid out on long banqueting tables. We’ll help you create an event to remember!

Perhaps, you want to relish the opportunity to plan or design your own event/wedding? But surely, you do not picture yourself with a clipboard/schedule in one hand and a signboard in another hand to tell guests or suppliers where they need to park, unload, set-up, etc? If yes, then this is where our experienced team could come in! This new addition to our service offering is perfect if you already have everything planned or designed means you can opt for either option A or B. We work alongside the venue staff and caterers to organise all logistics and be the point of contact throughout. This package can be booked in as far in advance as you would like and you can then hand everything over to us in the 15-20 days before your event/wedding day. It means that we step in to ensure that décor and details are in place as you’ve planned, while discreetly ironing out anything that comes up.

So, whether it’s the designer in you who you are nurturing or the planner, you have all the freedom to do so whilst also making it a smooth sail with our expert weavers.
